Lahore's new Jinnah Institute of Cardiology still not doing key procedures

What happened

Six weeks after its launch, the 250-bed JIC has not performed angiography, angioplasty or bypass, and many senior cardiologist posts remain vacant. The health minister says operations may start in three weeks.
