Free State Provincial Government bursaries open for 2027, closing 13 November 2026

What happened

South African students living in the Free State can apply for funding towards tuition, textbooks, accommodation, meals and transport, plus a monthly allowance where applicable.

Why it may matter

• This is time-bound — there is an application or deadline involved, so check the dates before they pass.
• Something has opened that was not open before — worth checking whether you are eligible.
• Useful if you are trying to find an internship or get a job.
