Pakistan extends Rs2,500 M.Phil allowance to HEC-equivalent degrees

What happened
Federal employees with degrees HEC recognises as equal to an M.Phil can now claim the Rs2,500 monthly allowance. They must submit an equivalence certificate, and the benefit applies from July 17, 2026.
