San Francisco academy raises $42m for tuition-free fellowship

What happened

The Horowitz Andreessen Academy is a new AI-focused alternative to university. Its one-year Founding Class Fellowship is tuition-free and open to young high school graduates, with applications now open.

Why it may matter

• This is time-bound — there is an application or deadline involved, so check the dates before they pass.
• More places or more money than before.
