Survey: 56% of companies plan to hire more CA and CS candidates in 2026

Aon's Campus Study Report 2026-27 gives CA and CS a net hiring intent of +45 points, the highest of all talent groups. About 91% of organisations hire CA and CS interns, and 82% extend pre-placement offers to them.
