TSC warns teacher job applicants over callers demanding Sh5,000 to Sh10,000

What happened

Teachers in the North Rift, Western and Nyanza report calls from people claiming they can influence TSC interview results. Applicants are told to use official TSC channels, keep evidence of suspicious calls and report them.

Why it may matter

• Results or an outcome have been published, so there may be something to check or act on.
• Evidence rather than policy — useful for understanding a trend.
• Useful if you are trying to get a job or graduate.
• Affects students in Kenya.
