NITI Aayog opens 2026 internship scheme for students and research scholars

What happened

Applications close on October 10, 2026 for the New Delhi based scheme. Undergraduates, postgraduates and research scholars get at least six weeks of on-site policy work in NITI Aayog divisions.

Why it may matter

• This is time-bound — there is an application or deadline involved, so check the dates before they pass.
• Approved, so it is now going ahead rather than being proposed.
• Useful if you are trying to find an internship or explore opportunities.
