JSC recommends three judges for Supreme Court of Appeal vacancies

What happened

Gerald Bloem, Mmathebe Phatshoane and Esther Steyn were put forward for the three open posts after the first day of Judicial Service Commission hearings. The commission is also under pressure to reform how it selects judges.
