CIC advises UPSC to publish paper-wise marks of Civil Services Mains candidates again

What happened

The Central Information Commission found no official record explaining why paper-wise marks stopped being disclosed in 2018. Only aggregate marks have been published since then. UPSC says detailed marks go to DoPT and LBSNAA.
