What happened

Applications are open until 22 November 2026. The 10-month program offers training, mentorship and a practical project across Internet policy, connectivity, and safety and security tracks.

Why it may matter

• This is time-bound — there is an application or deadline involved, so check the dates before they pass.
• Something has opened that was not open before — worth checking whether you are eligible.
• Useful if you are trying to explore opportunities.
