NEET PG 2026: Round 3 upgrade means losing your earlier allotted seat

MCC's 2026 counselling bulletin says candidates who get an upgraded seat in Round 3 cannot claim their earlier allotment. Those who skip the Round 3 seat forfeit the security deposit and lose eligibility for later MCC rounds.
