Odisha regularises 13,000 junior teachers as assistant teachers from January 1, 2026

What happened

The School and Mass Education Department issued a revised order covering teachers appointed in 2023-24. Service before December 31, 2025 counts as schematic, so it does not add seniority in the regular cadre.
