Ball Foundation SKILLED Scholarship 2026 offers $2,500 to 60 trades students

What happened

Sixty students will receive $2,500 each for training in skilled trades and advanced manufacturing. High school seniors, graduates and GED recipients in the US can apply by November 30. Arizona, Oregon, Ohio and North Carolina are priority locations.

Why it may matter

• This is time-bound — there is an application or deadline involved, so check the dates before they pass.
• Approved, so it is now going ahead rather than being proposed.
• Useful if you are trying to explore opportunities.
• Affects students in the US.
