Engen Graduate Trainee Programme 2026/2027 opens for South African graduates

What happened

Engen is recruiting graduates and final-year students in Cape Town for a 24-month programme across fields including finance, engineering, HR and marketing. Applications close 15 December 2026.

Why it may matter

• This is time-bound — there is an application or deadline involved, so check the dates before they pass.
• Approved, so it is now going ahead rather than being proposed.
• Useful if you are trying to find an internship or get a job.
