Penn's Perry World House opens 2027-28 fellowships for global policy scholars

What happened

Applications for the Postdoctoral Fellowship and the Lightning Scholar Program are open until December 1, 2026. The fellowship is for early-career scholars and the Lightning Scholar Program for untenured faculty working on international affairs.

Why it may matter

• This is time-bound — there is an application or deadline involved, so check the dates before they pass.
• Something has opened that was not open before — worth checking whether you are eligible.
• Useful if you are trying to find an internship or study abroad.
