Bangladesh PM pledges bridge and campus safety steps after meeting Abrar Fahad's family

What happened

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman met the family of Buet student Abrar Fahad, who was killed in 2019. He promised a bridge over the Gorai River named after Abrar and said the education secretary would act on demands including a Buet hall in his name.
