AP PGECET 2026 seat allotment moved to October 4, web options close today

What happened

The first-phase seat allotment is now on October 4 after 6 PM. Web options close on September 29, and candidates can change them on September 30 until 10 PM. Self-joining and reporting run October 5 to 8.

Why it may matter

• This is time-bound — there is an application or deadline involved, so check the dates before they pass.
• Cancelled outright. Anyone depending on it needs a new plan.
• Useful if you are trying to find an internship or get a job.
