IDC opens 24-month paid graduate internships in Gauteng for 2026/2027

What happened

Unemployed South African graduates can apply for the IDC Graduate Internship Programme in Gauteng. The 24-month placement covers engineering, finance, economics, project management and environmental fields. Applications close 9 October 2026.

Why it may matter

• This is time-bound — there is an application or deadline involved, so check the dates before they pass.
• Approved, so it is now going ahead rather than being proposed.
• Useful if you are trying to find an internship or get a job.
