Karnataka HC orders fresh selection of primary teachers in Kalaburagi and Bidar

What happened

The court quashed a February 2023 circular that let local-cadre candidates also compete for non-local cadre posts. The state must redo the selection for Graduate Primary Teachers for Classes 6-8 in both districts.
