Kohima, Sept 10: Mission SOAR, a flagship programme of the Nagaland Department of School Education, in partnership with Elevate Foundation, on Thursday launched the School Quality Assessment and Assurance Framework (SQAAF) pilot in 114 government schools in Kohima.
