Jammu and Kashmir forms council to expand apprenticeship training under NAPS

What happened

A 20-member Union Territory Apprenticeship Council and a review committee will monitor the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme. The council will push industry participation and on-the-job training through ITIs and polytechnics.
