Thapelo Molefe The South African Democratic Teachers’ Union (SADTU) has called on President Cyril Ramaphosa to sanction Basic Education Minister Siviwe Gwarube over her decision to keep the new Foundation Phase textbook catalogue suspended for the 2027 school year.
